What is PRINCE2?

PRINCE2® stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments. It is a widely-used structured project management method that has been developed in conjunction with the specialist skills of project sponsors, project managers, project teams, academics, trainers and consultants with the aim of enabling organisations to improve their capability and maturity.
